Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days across India.

(Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics disruptions, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. Please ensure the correct contact number and complete delivery address are provided at checkout for order confirmation.

Damages & Missing Parcels:

If you receive your order damaged, defective, or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the package and product.
